Construction of a residential building
with an office and service part
The project for ViRiDi included the construction of a modern residential and office building with a service area, which was a harmonious combination of residential and commercial functions. In the five-story building, with an impressive height of 16 meters and a built-up area of 1,699 m2, the arrangement of various spaces was planned to meet the diverse needs of residents and users of offices and commercial premises.
The main goal of the project was to create a modern complex that would not only provide a high standard of living for residents, but also offer convenient working conditions for office workers and attractive opportunities for service activities. As part of the development, a total usable area of 4,348.5 m2 was allocated to functional and ergonomic apartments, which were carefully designed to provide comfort and convenience for residents. In addition, a 590 m2 office and service area was adapted for various commercial activities, which provided additional value for the residents of the complex and the surrounding area. With this development, K&K Hydrobud sought not only to meet the needs of the residents and users of the office and commercial premises, but also to create an architectural and functional work that would blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and make a valuable contribution to the local community.
