Construction manager

Responsibilities:
– supervision of the implementation of works on site in terms of quality and timeliness,
– cooperation with the investor, investor's supervision inspector, subcontractors and suppliers,
– controlling the quantity and quality of materials,
– placing orders for necessary construction materials,
– organizing and coordinating the work of individual teams (brigades)
– supervising the work related to the proper security of the construction site,
– reporting on the progress of work at the construction site,
– maintaining technical documentation of the construction site,
– cooperation with other departments of the company

Our requirements:
– construction authorization in construction specialty in the field of management of construction works without limitations,
– experience at a similar position,
– very good organization and ability to plan work,
– ability to work under time pressure,
– communication skills, the ability to conduct discussions and meetings, both with clients and with contractors

Project manager

Responsibilities:
– Creation of budgets and schedules for the construction project
– Detailed control of deadlines and costs
– Analysis of tender preparation and submission of bid proposals
– Ensuring compliance with contractual and bidding provisions on ongoing projects
– Participation in coordination meetings and preparation and filing of minutes and notes of meetings
– Active contact with the Principal/Supervisor including participation in final acceptances
– Preparing periodic progress reports and taking care of the flow of information on implementation including reporting of current tasks/current situation in the project directly to Company's Management Board
– Domestic business trips within the framework of project coordination and control

Our requirements:
– Higher education in construction or architecture.
– Experience in project management, handling investments.
– Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
– Experience in the construction industry - design and/or execution
– Availability and readiness for business trips
– Responsibility, results-oriented
– Very good organization of working time
– Resistance to stress associated with working under time pressure
– Efficient problem solving and segregation of priorities
– Experience in implementing projects using in-house resources and external subcontractors
– Ability to solve problems in a dynamically changing project environment
– Ability to think analytically
– B category driving license
– Good knowledge of MS Office

Site Manager

Responsibilities:
– cooperation with the investor, suppliers and site manager at the stage of project implementation
– organization and optimization of material deliveries, maintenance of project cost statements, equipment statements
– preparation of documentation of the introduction to the construction site, control and recording of safety training and medical examinations
– preparation of execution and as-built documentation
– preparation of bills of quantities and estimates for pricing
– supervision of the works carried out on the construction site
– supplying small assortments to the construction sites necessary for the implementation of projects
– supervision and registration of materials and tools on the construction site- cooperation with other departments of the company

Our requirements:
– wykształcenie techniczne – kierunek budownictwo
– knowledge of AutoCad and MS Office
– ability to read technical documentation
– highly developed communication skills
– analytical thinking and planning skills
– independence, creativity
– willingness to learn and further develop
– B category driving license

Cost estimator

Responsibilities:
– analysis of technical documentation and preparation of bills of quantities for construction works
– active participation in the tender process, completion and preparation of bids
– calculation of construction works and comprehensive timely preparation of offers for investors
– completion of formal documentation of the investment
– optimization of technological solutions and costs of prepared offers
– obtaining and analyzing offers from suppliers, subcontractors
– verification of received inquiries and project documentation
– cooperation with investors, subcontractors and various participants in the investment realization process
– cooperation with the Project Manager and Contract Execution Director

Our requirements:
– Experience of at least 2 years at a similar position in the construction industry
– communicativeness, ability to work in a team
– practical ability to use MS OFFICE, AutoCAD programs
– B category driving license
– independence, reliability and meticulousness at work
– high analytical skills, ability to set priorities
– knowledge of construction technologies
